Glink for Java Administration program
The Glink administration program is used to configure host applications and managing users and user groups for both Glink and GlinkWeb for end-users.
The administration program is available in all the same modes as Glink: applet, Web Start application and application. There are two main processes involved: creating and managing users and groups, and creating and managing host applications. When Glink or GlinkWeb users log in they receive a dialog box that lists all the host applications available to them, and they select one for their session.
Glink and GlinkWeb can run with or without a configuration/license server (Glink Java server). In both cases the Glink administration program is used for configuration.
